Park gates, boundary wall and screen, early C18, moved from South Parterre
later in C18. Wrought iron gates, overthrow and screen. Ashlar piers and
wall. Square rusticated gate piers surmounted by lions which look towards the
house holding cartouche shields with coronets on top. Gates contain one
decorative panel each and have highly decorated overthrow containing central
shield and motto "Esse Quam Videri". Low ashlar wall to lodge on left
and to further pier on right is topped by iron screen with decorative panels
to each bay surmounted by coronet and greyhound alternately.
