Sewer ventilation pipe. Mid C19. Tall cylindrical pipe with fluted base and cresting to top. A rare survival of an early type of sewer pipe, with manufacturers name "HAM BAKER & CO LIMITED, ENGINEERS, WESTMINSTER".
