A C16 timber-framed and plastered house with later alterations. 2 storeys.
The upper storey has exposed timber-framing and was originally jettied.
The ground storey has been built out in brick. On the north west front
the upper storey still projects slightly with exposed joists. The windows
are C20 casements. Roof tiled, with a heavy, brick chimney stack at
the rear.

No 64 forms a group with No 45 Hills Lane.
