Built as one house and now occupied as one, but at some intervening period
it was divided into 2 and so has 2 numbers C15 timber-framed house of
which the ground floor has been under-built in brick. 2 storeys. 4 windows.
2 curved braces at the east end. Tiled roof. Modern casement windows but
one dormer with the originai small square leaded panes. Original C15 open
timbered roof.

All the listed buildings in Mermaid Street form a group.
