House. Early - mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Doorway on left obscured by C19 porch. Flat-faced mullion windows throughout: two of 4-lights to ground floor; of 2, 3 and 3 lights to first floor and two of 3 lights to second floor. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, end stacks. Rear: blocked stair window centre. Interior not inspected at resurvey.
