Pair of terraced houses. c.1790 Portman Estate development associated
with Baker Street. Stock brick with stuccoed ground floors; concealed
slate roofs. 4 storeys and basement. 2-window wide fronts. No. 61 has
had restaurant frontage inserted. No. 63 retains semicircular arched
doorway to left with fanlight. Upper floors have recessed sashes with
stuccoed reveals, under flat gauged red brick arches. Stuccowork finished
off with sill band at 1st floor level. Parapet with stone coping. Cast
iron area railings with urn finials. Included for group value,-only.
