Early C19 cottage ornee (built between'1814-40) possibly by Repton. 2 storeys.
Double fronted with 3 windows. Hipped tiled roof with central 'Tudor' stacks
with 3 diagonal shafts of gault brick. Flint rubble with 'Rustic' timber corner
posts. Semi dormer windows to flat floor with segmental arched heads. Boarded
door. Late C19 lean-to at rear of red brick with slate roof.
