GV II

House. Early C19. White brick front elevation with red brick side
elevations with slate roof. Two storeys and basement on red brick plinth
with string course and cornice to parapet with ball finials and stacks to
left and to right. Regular fenestration of 3 glazing bar sashes on first
floor and 2 on ground floor with gauged basket arched heads. Central
door of 6 raised and fielded panels in double rebated doorway with fine
traceried fanlight. Flight of 6 moulded steps with simple iron rails.
