House, formerly public house, c.1700. Roughcast and whitewashed brick with pantiled roof. Lobby entrance plan.
Two storeys and dormer attic in symmetrical disposition. Central C20 door below flat hood. Two sashes to right and left with glazing bars. Flat brick string course between floors. Three C19 sash windows to first floor with glazing bars. Gabled roof with central ridge stack. Two hipped dormers with casements. External north gable stack.
To north single storey gabled extension of whitewashed brick and pantiled roof. Two sash windows with glazing bars and door right of centre. Internal north gable stack. Rear cross wing with set-off at first floor and tumbling in gable head.
