A Cl8 timber-framed and plastered house. A weatherboarded wing extends to the
north-west at the rear. 2 storeys and attics. 4 window range, C20 casements and
1 double hung sash with glazing bars. The ground storey has a C20 shop front
at the southern end. A 6-panel door with the upper panels glazed has a swept
canopy hood on console brackets. Roof tiled, mansard, with 2 gabled dormer windows.

White Horse Inn, Cottages immediately north-east of White Horse Inn, St Michaels
Cottages, Vale House, The Folly, Barn to the Folly, Rose Cottage, Butlers, House and Mount Stores, with Old Post House, Parsonage Cottage and House of Retreat
form a group.
