Terraced town house. Built at the same time as No. 58, 1826-27.
Stock brick with channelled stucco ground floor, slate roof. 4
storeys and basement, 3 windows wide. Delian Doric porch to right in
front of flat arched doorway with panelled door and patterned
fanlight. Recessed glazing bar sashes with channelling struck to flat
arches on ground floor and flat gauged red brick arches to upper
floors. Parapet with coping. Geometric pattern cast iron balcony
across 1st floor. Cast iron area railings with urn finials.
