Terraced town house. c.1820-30. Stock brick with stuccoed ground floor;
concealed slate roof. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows wide. Square
headed doorway to right; panelled door and fanlight flanking stucco
pilasters, wreathed frieze and cornice. Recessed sashes, under round
arches to 1st floor and flat gauged arches above, stuccoed reveals.
Stuccowork finished off with plat band. Crowning stucco cornice and
blocking course, cast iron area railings with urn finials. Interior
retains staircase with cast iron balusters and original cornice mouldings,
coffered ceilings and pilastered marble fireplaces, etc. in Grecian
style.
