Cottage of lodge or tool-house type. Early C19. Two storeys. Two windows. Stone
rubble. Slate roof with pentice to north-west. Curved wall ramped up in front of
the pentice on the north-east side. Casement windows. Contemporary wooden
notice-board with a warning about damage to property.
