Detached cottage. Late C18/early C19, Ham stone coursed rubble; thatched roof between stepped coped gables; brick
chimney stack at east end. Two storeys, 2 bays. Casement windows of 2 lights with small panes, under timber lintols;
between bays the front door, a 6-panel door in deep recess under timber lintol, with an outward-opening boarded
screening door; lean-to against west gable. Interior not seen. A rare unspoiled example of a very humble cottage.
