House. Early/mid C18. Limestone ashlar, double-Roman tile roof
with 2 hipped dormers, stone coping and stack with a brick
shaft to the right. Double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; one-window range. Cornice,
parapet, string course and plinth; moulded architraves to C19
horned 6/6-pane sash windows. C19 door in left return.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORY: formerly a 3-window range house, the 2 ranges to the
left were demolished when the mid C19 chapel (later Spinkes
Printing Works (qv)) to the rear left was built.
