House, now flats. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar, slate roof with ashlar stacks to rear and left gable end. Double depth plan with rear wing. EXTERIOR: two storeys; symmetrical three-window range. Bracketed gutter; platband; plinth; 6/1-pane sash windows; moulded archivolt to radial fanlight and six-panel door.
