Row of 4 cottages. Mid C19. Limestone rubble with freestone
dressings, pantile roof, coped to the right gable end, and
brick stacks to gable ends, party walls and rear extensions.
Single-unit plans with various rear outshuts.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; each cottage one-window range. Freestone
quoins and raised surrounds to windows, C20 glazing to Nos 11
and 13 to the left, 2/2-pane sash windows to No.15 and
6/6-pane sashes to
No.17 to the right. The entrance to No.11 is in the left
return through a C20 lean-to porch; Nos 13 and 15 have flat
hoods on moulded brackets (No.15 with a 6-panel door)
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: low rough ashlar walls attached to the
left of each door enclose the front gardens.
