House, probably formerly a barn. C18. Coursed limestone rubble
with freestone dressings, stone slate gambrel roof with brick
stacks to gable ends and 2 raking dormers to the right-hand
block. 2 blocks, each double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic to the right; the block to the
left (lower) is 2-window range, that to the right is
symmetrical 3-window range. Plain stone mullions to C20
2-light casement windows to the left and to paired 6/6-pane
sash windows to the right-hand block which has a central
6-panelled door under a hood on moulded brackets with a
6/6-pane semicircular-arched sash window above. A wide
relieving arch to the centre of the rear wall implies that
this was an opening to a barn.
