Cottage. Early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with freestone
quoins, stone slate roof hipped to the right, brick stack to
the left gable end and right return. 2-unit plan with C20
extension to the rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Mid C19
horned 4/4-paned sashes (some fixed) set in stone mullioned
windows. A mid C19 4-panel door under a moulded hood on
brackets has a single-light window above flanked on both
floors by 2-light windows. To the far right a similar door
(entrance to No.39 qv) has been inserted and the quoin moved
to the right.
