House. C18. Timber-framed and stuccoed with masonry lining and
projecting plinth. Old tiled roof with gable facing street.
Central red brick chimneystack with band and 4 tall orange
clay pots.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attics above cellar. 2 cell lobby
entry plan. First floor has one 3-light wood casement, with
smaller 2-light attic casement above; ground floor with
central door and 2-light divided casement to right, under
weatherboard hood; step and threshold to ground-floor level.
Left (west) flank elevation has two 2-light wood casements
with divided glazing first and ground floors, with central C20
door raised 3 steps above ground level. Cellar door in plinth
to left; beneath ground-floor window.
