House, now shops with offices above. C18, refronted C19 with
C20 shopfront. Stucco over brickwork, Welsh slated roof above
panelled eaves with shallow brackets and stuccoed chimneys.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 4-bay front; first floor 4 nearly
flush-set 12-pane sash windows, plat band at second-floor
level, second floor with four 6-pane sashes. Ground floor has
full width shopfront with large plate glass display windows,
fascia with moulded cornice. Central doorway has recessed
double-leaf glazed doors beneath semicircular fanlight with
architrave surround. Outer doorway flanked by Tuscan antae
supporting central pediment. Rear altered, extended and
refenestrated.
INTERIOR: central hall and stair to upper floors, all much
refurbished and opened out.
