House with 2 houses to the rear. Late C17, and early C19
additions to the rear. Limestone rubble with a stone slate
roof half-hipped to the front, left-hand cross gable, with
Double Roman tiles to the back.
Original 2-room plan at right angles to street, with
single-depth houses behind.
2 storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintels to left-hand doorway
and boarded door, single ground-floor C20 casement, and
first-floor C19 casements. Right return has 2-window range
with a half dormer and rear raking dormer.
Entrance to No.16A at the back of the right-hand return; No.14
at the rear above the front houses, with a half-hipped roof,
doorway in the left-hand return, with 2/2-pane sashes.
