Farmhouse. Dated 1730. Red brick laid in English bond. Roof of
corrugated concrete tiles.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and dormer attic. 3-window range. Central
half-glazed C20 door under a 5-vaned fanlight and within
timber doorcase with hood. All fenestration late C20:
tripartite sash either side of door and repeated at first
floor, with a 2/2 unhorned sash between them. Gabled roof with
one late C20 flat-topped dormer fitted with a 2-light
casement. 3 roof-lights. Internal gable-end stacks east and
west. West gable with date plaque: PL 1730.
Full-length, 2-storey outshut to rear added late C18, with
late C20 details.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
