GV II

House and shop, now two houses. Early C19, altered and
amalgamated in C20. Stucco front, lined to resemble ashlar,
and colourwashed brick; pantile roofs in 2 parallel ranges of
unequal pitch, both hipped to east.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 3-window front. Central half-glazed early
C20 door in doorcase of fluted pilasters, decorated frieze and
dentil cornice. To left is a 6/6 unhorned sash in plain
stuccoed surround, to right a tripartite window with glazing
bar sashes arranged 4/4, 6/6, 4/4. On first floor, canted bay
window with margin-glazed sashes projects to right; to left is
a 2/2 horned sash, in centre 1/1 horned sash, both in plain
stuccoed surrounds. North return: 3-window front refenestrated
in C20.
