House. C16 or C17. Timber-frame and wattle, partly rendered;
rubble; plain tile roof; rendered ridge stack; C18 brick
corner stack to right front. L-shaped on plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar; irregular fenestration: 3 C18
or C19 casements with some leaded lights; 2 wood mullioned
openings. Central entrance, with door missing, behind rubble
gabled porch; flanked by 2 C19 casements; opening and plank
door to left. Right returned side: blocked doorway to first
floor; 2-light casements; C17 wing to rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected, but believed to be of considerable
interest.
