CULMINGTON

1943-1/1/13 Seifton Court

GV II

House. C18 and earlier. Sandstone rubble; plain tile roof,
with old tiles; brick cross-axial ridge stack; rendered end
stack with C20 brick superstructure.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range: C18 3-light casements in
altered openings with, to right, rubble blocked opening; roof
dormer with C20 2-light casement. C20 restored gabled porch
with C20 plank door, and lights to returned side; C20 3-light
casement to right, 2-light casement and 2 blocked openings to
left, 3-light casement under hood moulding. Right returned
side: 4-light casement; C17 timber-framed gable with painted
brick infill; blocked opening under hood moulding, and fixed
light, to ground floor. Wing to rear: brick end stack;
scattered fenestration.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
