GV II

Terraced house. Mid C19. Stucco on rubble with mid-floor band
and egg-and-dart cornice under deep eaves; dry slate roof;
rendered end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical
3-window front. Original 12-pane hornless sashes and central
pilastered porch with elliptical-arched doorway and small
flanking sidelights; moulded cornice with paired coved
brackets; original 6-panel inner door with top 4 panels later
glazed; 3 granite steps in front. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest.
