Town house. Early C19. Granite ashlar basement, brick to
ground floor with openings spanned by continuous timber
lintel, slatehanging to upper floors; dry slate hipped roof
with projecting eaves. Double-depth plan, irregular at rear.
3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original hornless
sashes with glazing bars to upper floors, with shorter
2nd-floor sashes; later 4-pane horned sashes to ground floor
flanking central pilastered doorcase with moulded entablature
and consoles; original 6-panel door with flush bottom panels.
Squat basement window at far left.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
