Small house. Early C19. Stucco on studwork; asbestos slate
hipped roof with brick stack on the right. Shallow-depth plan.
2 storeys; 4-window range. Original 12-pane hornless sashes
except for C20 horned copies to 1st-floor left of centre, the
2 (larger) sashes to ground-floor and 1st-floor sash to
left-hand return, above C20 flat-roofed garage. Central
doorway with panelled pilasters, open pediment, round-arched
traceried fanlight and panelled door. INTERIOR not inspected.
