Town house. Probably late C18. Lime-washed brick on probable
rubble; asbestos slate roof behind parapet, hipped on the
right with brick end stack. Double-depth plan. 3-storeys;
4-window range. Keyed flat arches over C20 12-pane horned
sashes with granite sills; round-arched doorway with cobweb
fanlight over 6-panel door central to 3 bays on right. At far
left is a wide elliptical-arched doorway to ope (passage) and
steps down to quay. INTERIOR not inspected but may be of
interest.
