SW8033SE DUNSTANVILLE TERRACE 843-1/5/86 Nos.14 AND 15 10/09/68 and attached rear garden wall (Formerly Listed as: GREENBANK TERRACE Nos.14 AND 15)

Formerly known as: Nos.14 AND 15 DUNSTANVILLE VILLAS. Pair of houses. Early C19. Brick with granite plinth, quoins and keyblocks to flat arches; slatehanging to upper floors; asbestos slate roof with 2 slate-hung hipped dormers; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys plus attic; symmetrical 3-window front. Original tripartite hornless sashes with glazing bars except for C20 paired sash over pair of doorways; 6-panel doors within distyle Tuscan porch with moulded entablature. INTERIOR of No.15 has dog-leg (narrow open-well) staircase, a cast-iron flying horseshoe grate in the front room and some panelled doors. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached to rear and forming the boundary between Nos 15 & 16 (not included) is a high killas rubble wall with a scantle slate coping and red clay ridge tiles.
