House. c1800. Killas rubble with brick arches; slatehanging at
rear; asbestos slate hipped roof with moulded eaves cornice
and triangular pediment over central bay broken forward;
central brick stack. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window
range; sashes with glazing bars including round-arched sash
with fanlight head to ground-floor left; C20 canted bay to
ground-floor right. Central round-arched doorway with plain
fanlight over C20 door. Right-hand return has nearly round
arch over original 1st-floor Venetian window with hornless
sashes and central fanlight head with sidelights taller than
the central sash. INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of
interest.
