Tea house in landscaped park. Circa 1800. Red brick in Flemish bond with burnt headers, and with stone dressings. Roof concealed behind parapet.
PLAN: Long single-depth range with canted centre and French casements on front and sides.
Gothic Revival style.
EXTERIOR: Single storey. Symmetrical 2:3:2 bay front, the centre canted, and with large pointed arch French casements with Gothic glazing bars; moulded stone string-courses and embattled parapet above with plain stone coping; 1-bay end elevations with similar windows.
INTERIOR: Plastered walls and pointed arch doorway and windows with arris mouldings.
