Estate Cottage. Early/mid C19. Grey limestone rubble with a slate roof, hipped at
ends ; axial stack in the centre.
Plan: 2 rooms wide with a central entrance against the stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 5-bay front with a central plank front door with a
rectangular fanlight. C19 or C20 2-light timber casements with glazing bars, the
ground floor windows with segmental arches.
Interior: Not inspected.
Forms an attractive group of estate cottages with Nos. 1 and 2, (q.v.).
