Lodge to Beauchief Park, now house. Early C19 with late C19
addition. Coursed squared stone with hipped stone slate roofs
and double shafted lozenge shaped coped ridge stack. Single
storey, T-plan. Projecting canted front has a central studded
triangular headed door flanked by single triangular headed
2-light casements, and beyond, single blank windows, all with
linked hoodmould. Rear range has a similar window with
hoodmould facing the street. At the rear, a single storey
lean-to addition, late C19. INTERIOR not inspected.
