House, now offices. Early C19. Stucco, rusticated to lower
storey, roof not visible behind parapet. 3 storeys, 3-window
range with entrances each side. 6-panelled doors with
fanlights in moulded architraves. 16-pane sash window
centrally and above. Central window on first floor has
pediment carried on console brackets, the outer windows in
moulded architraves. Cornice and parapet with shallow central
pediment.
