House, now shop and flat. Early C19, restored late C20.
Rendered limestone ashlar with brick gable stack and slate
roof. Single-depth plan. Single storey; 1-window range. A
right-hand through carriage arch, 3-pane late C20 plate-glass
shop front, and first-floor 8/8-pane sash in exposed box; shop
doorway in the archway. Coped left-hand party wall. INTERIOR
not inspected.
