Terraced house. c1725 with late C19 alterations. Yellow stock
brick, parapet rebuilt with multi-coloured stock brick. 4
storeys and cellar. 3 windows. Ground floor, late C19 public
house treatment with Corinthian capitals on granite pilasters
carrying a fascia with projecting cornice and bracket and
pediment consoles. Gauged brick flat arches to recessed
sashes, centre window of 2nd and 3rd floor with bracketed
sills. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain
the original staircase and some panelling.
