GV II

House, now in commercial use. Early C18. Brick with plain
tiled roof. 3 storeys, 3-window range with late C19 (restored)
shop front with fluted moulding to architrave and central
swept pediment to fascia. 12-pane sash windows with
flat-arched gauged brick heads. Moulded wood modillion eaves
cornice. Coped gables with moulded kneelers. Parallel rear
range with crow-stepped coping to gable.
