Late C19. The former stable and coachhouse building of "The Garth". Small L-shaped
building. One storey and attic at right, 2 storeys at left with return of L.
High pitched tiled roofs. Walls banded tile hung above, red brick below. Small
leaded casement windows and plain boarded door. Modernised carriage doors at right.
Glazed pent left extension. Included for group value and association with Oak
Garth and The Garth.
