Early C19 2-storey terrace. 1 window each except Hartley's, 2 windows. Low
pitched slate roof. Coursed freestone with band and plinth. Original iron
casements with leaded squares. Plank doors in moulded wood frames under square
stone hoods on curved stone brackets. Mid C19 double shop front projects on
ground floor of Hartley's. 4 stone steps to glazed central door. Full width
moulded cornice. Low gable over with pierced bargeboard and cast iron finial.
