Latter part C18, pair of 3 storeys and attic, red brick on stone plinth. No 15
painted. Painted stucco bands between storeys, wood frieze and flat cornice. Gable
end pantile roof with flanking chimneys. 2 flat roofed dormers. 3 window front,
flush architrave framed sashes glazing bars intact, No 13 has marginal glazing.
Paired doors of 6 fielded panels with rectangular fanlights in architrave cases
to centre of front.
All the listed buildings on the South Side from Nos 5 to 25 form a group.
