Cottage. Dated 1838. Rubble, local stone; Welsh slate half hipped roof; brick stack. One-storey with loft, 3 bays with
extension Southwards. Reused C17 doorway with cambered arch and label; plain 2-light small-pane casement windows on
either side, with timber lintols; brick lean-to against South gable with stable door; loft door in North gable. Inside
simple; over small C19 store set in fireplace in South gable wall is a small stone plaque which is inscribed "Built by
Eliza Mogg 1838". Good group value with The Dogs (qv).
