Circa 1840 small villa. Two storeys and basement, faced with stone cut in
imitation of bricks, rendered rusticated quoins, rendered frieze, first
floor sill course and plinth. Low pitch hipped slate roof, projecting
eaves. Three windows, recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, broad
rendered surrounds, reaching up to frieze on first floor block sills
on consoles to ground floor. Central recessed door, panelled and glazed.
Semi circular fanlight with radial glazing bars, stepped reveals,
keystone over.

Nos 18 to 25 (consec) form a group.
