Early to mid C19. Manufacturing/dwelling. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched stone
slate roof. Stone brackets on string course. 3 storeys. South elevation has:
Ground floor; Entrance with stone surround (part blocked). One 2-light stone
mullioned window (enlarged). Doorway with stone surround of later date. First
floor; One 4-light stone mullioned window. One 3-light stone mullioned window.
One single light with stone surrounds. Second floor; One 13-light stone mullioned
window (5 lights blocked). South West gable has: Loading door to second floor
with stone surround and tie-stones. Small light in apex of gable.
