Circa 1830. Two storeys faced with cement. Hipped slate roof and very widely
projecting bracket eaves cornice. Three sashes with glazing bars intact. Wide
porch with slender columns containing doorway with three-quarter glazed door and
side lights of similar height and an elliptical fanlight over the whole.
