Pair of semi-detached houses of about 184O. Two storeys, three windows
each. Stuccoed. Each has a projecting centre with long and short quoins,
cornice and pediment; and two recessed wings, the outer ones with quoins
and eaves cornice the inner ones with balustraded parapet. The centre
portions have triple windows on the ground floor (No 33 now a modern
bay built out) and four light-windows above with pilasters, projecting
cornice and iron balcony. Windows of outer wings in architrave sur-
rounds. Inner wings have narrow round-headed windows with pilasters
and architraves over on first floor and below doorways flanked by
pilasters with joint entablature.

Nos 31 to 34 (consec) form a group.
