Large detached villa now divided into flats. Circa 1840. Three
storeys rough coursed stone with dressed quoins. Four windows three
in elliptical bow through three storeys, recessed bays on either
side the Southern one of two storeys with cornice and parapet, one
window. Low pitch hipped slate roof with projecting eaves, conical
over bow, to the remainder. Windows recessed, sash, glazing bars
intact above ground floor. Dressed stone surrounds and second floor
string course. The first floor has a balcony, since removed. To
the North a plain square stucco building that was once separate
but is now part of "Woodbine".
