Circa 1830 villa of 2-storeys, 3 windows. Low pitch hipped slate roof, with wide
flat eaves cornice. Stucco walling, first floor band. Sashes, with shutters;
French windows to ground floor. Trellis work verandah across the whole front.
Side porch, on square columns (now filled in with windows). Tall banded chimneys.
