Mid C19 Gothic villa of 2-storeys, 1.1.1 windows. Low pitched slate roofing with
gables and gablets having elaborate barge boards and cusped eaves. 'Tudor' upper
windows, with splayed reveals, ground floor with projecting square bays. Side
elevation and chimney projected on first floor cusped brackets, within a gable, and
2 gablets above a 3-unit ground floor arcade, with buttresses. Centre unit projects
forward under the largest gable, west unit is recessed and of lesser height but has
a modern forward flat roofed extension.
